A lawsuit was filed on June 2 by Daniel Wolf from San Diego against Square Enix and Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) for selling copies of Final Fantasy XIII that cause freezes to the Playstation 3 and some to the extent of bricking it.

IGN reports the lawsuit also alleges that both parties are pushing the blame to each other and none of them offered to compensate the affected PS3 owner. It is a class lawsuit that is seeking 5 million US Dollars in damages and financial relief.

I really want to play this game xD but I'll have to wait because exams are starting and my wallet is kinda empty at the moment Sad but I'm kinda curious who's at fault, probably the guy from san diego...

you have PS3? I envy you T^T i wanna play this game but i dont have that console

Yeah, worked for a month at a stone factory to pay for a new PC and a PS3... I'm glad I did because now I can play my favourite games Smile but you can also play FFXIII on the Xbox 360, which is a lot cheaper than a PS3...

i dont have an Xbox and i dont like it.. i prefer Sony Playstation

yeah, I grew up with a Playstation and I never really liked the xbox controllers Smile and of course PS3's graphics are a lot better...

wow, I'm happy we didn't buy that game when it came out.
if it now is something wrong with it I mean, It's better to borrow from a friend or something that already have bought it and tested it.

hmmm i didnt know that but i want so bad at frist now not really ..

Now that's odd... is he the only one experiencing the problem or are there any other players who experienced the same thing?
